Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for Healthcare to craft high‑quality learning and multimedia resources that support sales readiness and employee development. You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences and own the content‑production workstream for assigned initiatives.

You will partner with program managers, SMEs, and governance teams to ensure content governance, platform publishing, and quality standards are met,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across multiple formats (Healthcare preferred).
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams and review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
• Review and improve content using feedback and program metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
