Job summary

hyperexponential (hx) is hiring a Solution Architect to own the technical relationship with strategic customers and embed the hx platform within their ecosystems. You will design bespoke integrations with policy systems, data warehouses, BI tooling and identity providers, applying strong architectural judgement.

You will drive adoption by translating technical delivery into business value and develop reusable artefacts that scale the team.

Qualifications

• Able to code to a high standard using Python.
• Experience delivering SaaS platform integrations in a team setting; beneficial if you have AWS, SQL.
• Established ability to maintain positive technical relationships with IT and data teams.
• Able to communicate technical choices to non-technical stakeholders and link integration work to business value.
• Post-sale or customer-facing technical experience in roles like Solution Architect or Implementation Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure hx is embedded in their ecosystem.
• Design and deliver bespoke integrations between hx and customer technologies (policy systems, data warehouses, BI tools, identity providers).
• Develop value realisation plans that translate delivery into measurable business outcomes (faster quotes, fewer errors, better MI).
• Create AI-first consulting artefacts and reusable patterns for the Solution Architect toolkit.
• Manage delivery scope, surface risks early, coordinate with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams.
• Share patterns, lead internal show-and-tell sessions, help codify best practices as the function grows.
