hyperexponential (hx) is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own voice and case-study strategy. You will build relationships with top insurers, elevate customer stories, and manage award submissions that raise hx and customer profiles globally.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders and craft campaigns that reach sales, marketing, and events teams worldwide. This role offers a fast-paced, high-cadence environment with significant growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Taken customer stories from idea to publication coordinating multiple senior stakeholders.
• Built content programmes where customer participation was secured and consent managed.
• Produced short-form written and video content with minimal edits.
• Grew audience or leads via social content, especially LinkedIn.
• Shaped stories to align with brand narrative and positioning.
• Improved processes to reduce friction and speed up cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case study production and publish two studies per quarter.
• Publish two additional pieces of customer-contributed content quarterly.
• Refine recruitment/production process for low-lift customer participation.
• Grow underwriting community engagement through events and social channels.
• Identify and manage industry award submissions throughout the year.
• Edit and assemble short-form content for promotion and lead generation.
