Job summary

Content Guru, a leading enterprise cloud CX provider, seeks a Technical Training & eLearning Specialist to design and deliver learning across the organisation and for customers. You will blend live training, digital content creation, and LMS administration, impacting a global customer base.

This role is based at Bracknell head office with national and international travel to support onsite client training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering classroom and virtual training to diverse audiences.
• Strong customer service and engaging training style.
• Experience designing training content or materials.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-quality output.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room and virtual training sessions for internal and external learners.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and facilities ahead of each session.
• Facilitate group work and coaching for interactive learning.
• Ensure training environments meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Test and refine delivery methods for smooth execution.
• Create engaging digital training content aligned with brand and outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and design solutions.
• Produce guides and learning collateral; ensure accessibility across content.
• Schedule training, manage invites, and coordinate attendance.
• Maintain LMS content and user profiles; analyze feedback and reporting.
