Randstad Enterprise is hiring a Product Training Commercial Manager in Lincoln. You will own the commercial strategy and pricing for technical training offerings, driving direct sales, proposals, and profitability across UK and international client accounts.

Working with technical trainers, project managers, and finance, you will scale training revenue, monitor KPIs, and ensure offerings meet evolving market demand. Hybrid work with 2-3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Commercial, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience in commercial lifecycle management and pricing.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial strategy for technical training portfolio and pricing governance.
• Manage proposals, bids, and end-to-end order to invoicing lifecycle.
• Track KPIs, revenue, and gross profit targets across UK and international accounts.
• Collaborate with trainers, project managers, and finance teams to grow revenue.
