Job summary

Randstad Sourceright seeks a Product Training Commercial Manager to own the commercial strategy for technical training products. You will manage pricing governance, regional expansion, and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, partnering with technical trainers, project managers, and finance to optimize margins.

You will drive direct sales, develop tailored proposals, and monitor KPIs and Dashboards across UK and international accounts, while ensuring compliance with policy and governance

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end commercial lifecycle experience (proposals, budgeting, costing, invoicing).
• Pricing model development and price book management experience.
• Degree or equivalent in Commercial, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience in direct sales and client negotiations.
• Understanding of DLAs, margin slippage controls.
• Experience with LMS or ERP reporting tools.
• Ability to deliver KPI reports and dashboards.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and manage the commercial price book and standard fee schedules for all technical training courses.
• Oversee DLAs and discounting policies to protect margins; benchmark pricing against OEMs, internal entities, and third-party providers.
• Develop regionalized commercial framework to scale offerings across international markets.
• Drive direct sales outreach; build, negotiate, and submit formal proposals and bids.
• Meet annual revenue and gross profit targets; own end-to-end commercial management for training orders.
• Monitor project costs and prevent margin slippage across UK and overseas locations.
• Coordinate with MS BA finance for cost collections and invoicing; ensure timely closures.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and identify gaps for new course offerings.
