Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contract management or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Project management experience with responsibility for successful project delivery.
• Strong sales, marketing and business development capabilities.
• Degree or equivalent in a commercial, finance, engineering, or related discipline.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial management of training products from initial marketing and sales activity through to proposal generation, invoicing and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with technical training teams, sales functions and international stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet market demand while meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Benchmark training services, develop pricing strategies and maintain commercial frameworks.
• Drive excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of training programmes across UK and international markets.
