Job summary

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Training Commercial Manager to join a leading global engineering and technology organisation supporting critical infrastructure and industrial sectors. This position owns the commercial performance of a technical training portfolio across UK and international markets, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and profitability.

You will manage training products from marketing and bids through to invoicing, reporting and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial contract management or customer-facing commercial role.
• Project management experience with responsibility for successful project delivery.
• Strong sales, marketing, and business development capabilities.
• Degree qualified, or equivalent experience, in a commercial, finance, engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of training products from initial marketing and sales activity through to proposal generation, project delivery support, invoicing, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with technical training teams, sales functions, and international stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet market demand while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Benchmark training services, develop pricing strategies, maintain commercial frameworks, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

As Product Training Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of training products from initial marketing and sales activity through to proposal generation, project delivery support, invoicing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with technical training teams, sales functions, and international stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet market demand while achieving revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves benchmarking training services, developing pricing strategies, maintaining commercial frameworks, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels.
