Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Training Commercial Manager to own the commercial performance of a technical training portfolio across UK and international markets. You will drive revenue, engage customers, and support pricing, contracting, and invoicing processes in a global engineering environment.

The role demands a strong commercial background, project management skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Travel internationally may be required.

Formación

• Experience in a commercial contract management or customer-facing role.
• Project delivery experience with responsibility for successful outcomes.
• Strong sales, marketing and business development capabilities.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial performance of training products from marketing to invoicing and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical training teams, sales and international stakeholders.
• Benchmark services, develop pricing frameworks, and maintain commercial standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide commercial leadership that influences global project outcomes.
