Job summary

hyperexponential is seeking a Client Education Associate to join the Client Education team. You will deliver technical training to clients and partners, and help build and maintain courses and certifications that make training possible.

You’ll need credible technical grounding and teaching instinct to land complex material. You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into practical training from day one, and support partner enablement to ensure a

Qualifications

• Delivered training to non-technical or semi-technical audiences and can point to material built or taught.
• Studied Computer Science or related discipline, or built equivalent hands-on comfort with programming languages.
• Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products, even without a formal software engineering background.
• Took initiative to build or improve a course, process, or learning content.
• Communicated confidently with clients or external stakeholders, adjusting technical depth to the audience.
• Thrives in environments with shifting scope and undefined briefs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners covering platform fundamentals and pricing models.
• Build and maintain high-quality course content (online modules, video tutorials, workshop materials).
• Support the design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into training materials.
• Contribute to partner enablement and ensure consistent training standards.
• Maintain and improve course health and documentation to stay aligned with product changes.
