Job summary

Bright Ascension Ltd. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to own the global training strategy for customers, internal staff, and VARs. You will define the curriculum, establish and maintain the certification programme, and ensure content quality and version control.

The role is full-time, ideally based in Edinburgh with a hybrid arrangement for regular interaction with the wider team. You will lead the Training Academy and coordinate updates for every product release.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training programmes and certification paths for technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience with software development processes and embedded systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall training strategy for the Training Academy.
• Identify skill gaps and design learning pathways.
• Ensure training content aligns with product developments and use cases.
• Develop certification levels and recertification processes.
• Coordinate training updates and customer enablement for product releases.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor trainers.
