Job summary

Hyperexponential (hx) is building the AI-powered platform that enables insurers to price risk and make underwriting decisions. The Client Education Associate will deliver technical training to clients and partners, create and maintain courses, and work with Product, Customer and Partnerships teams to translate new features into practical training.

You’ll be credible with actuaries and developers and adapt content as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience, with demonstrable material.
• Studied Computer Science or related discipline, or built equivalent hands-on programming experience.
• Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
• Took initiative to build or improve a course, process, or learning content.
• Communicated confidently with clients or stakeholders, adjusting depth for the audience.
• Able to adapt in a changing scope with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners, covering platform fundamentals and pricing models.
• Build and maintain high-quality course content (modules, videos, materials) aligned with product releases.
• Support certification assessments and practical exercises building real pricing tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships to translate features into training material.
• Contribute to partner enablement by onboarding external delivery partners to hx training standards.
• Maintain course health and documentation, flagging outdated content.
