Job summary

Mego Employment is seeking a Technical Territory Sales Advisor to cover a large Yorkshire-based region. You will manage and grow a diverse customer base including schools, NHS services and therapists, delivering product demonstrations and clinical support.

You will travel regularly, maintain account records, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong planning, with a focus on expanding the territory and driving sales.

  • A consultative approach, with the ability to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Confidence delivering product demonstrations, assessments, presentations or training.
  • Experience working with therapists, healthcare professionals or other clinical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in field sales, territory management or account management.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of an established territory and be the main contact for customers across the region.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, assessments, and training to clinicians and therapists.
  • Develop and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the territory.
  • Plan and manage diary to align with customer, therapist and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and use IT systems effectively.
  • Travel regularly across Yorkshire, North East, Lancashire and Cumbria as required.

Job description

My client is currently seeking a Technical Territory Sales Advisor living around the York area.

This is a varied, field-based role combining account management, business development and clinically focused product support. You'll assume responsibility for an established territory and act as the principal point of contact for customers throughout the contract.


Work will be mainly in Schools and Homes, but clients may include NHS services, supported living organisations, and therapists. You'll build trusted relationships, understand each client's requirements and provide informed guidance on suitable products.


The territory covers a substantial area across Yorkshire, the North East, Lancashire and Cumbria, including the BD, DH, DL, FY, HU, LA, NE, PR, SR, TS and YO postcode areas. Candidates should ideally live in or close to York.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers across the territory

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts and establish new customer relationships

  • Take ownership of an established sales territory, maintaining a visible and professional company presence throughout the region

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity of service and account knowledge
