Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager in Scotland and the North East to drive rental growth across NHS and private hospitals. The role is field-based, four days in the field, engaging with clinical teams, procurement and key healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct assessments and provide training.

The package includes a basic salary of £36,000-£45,000 DOE, a £21,000 OTE bonus, a company car or £550 monthly car allowance, private healthcare, pension and 23

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.
• Willingness to travel across the Scotland & NE territory.

THE ROLE

As Account Manager, you’ll manage and further develop drive rental growth across Scotland and the North East, building relationships with NHS and private healthcare hospitals. Working 4 days in the field, you’ll engage with clinical teams, procurement and key healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct assessments, deliver product demonstrations and provide training.

THE COMPANY

Established for over 40 years, providing an extensive range of non-invasive healthcare devices and equipment for medical applications which are sold into a variety of environments including hospitals, community care, social services and loan stores. This hospital division provide a range of patient handling and pressure area care solutions and they are currently seeking to recruit a personable, credible, driven and hungry clinical professional to manage and grow their very well-established Scotland and North East sales territory. Candidate location must be Scotland.

REQUIREMENTS

• Clinical background essential – Nurse, Physio, OT, Tissue Viability, MSK Therapist, Physician Associate, Manual Handling Advisor or similar
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Happy travelling across the territory
