Job summary

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire is seeking a part-time Technical Support Officer in Grantham to provide technical debt advice support across channels to debt advisers and caseworkers, all on-site.

You will help raise the quality and effectiveness of debt advice in line with QA requirements and undertake file reviews of debt cases, supporting and coaching caseworkers to improve debt quality. This role supports Disability Confident objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical debt advice support via telephone, email, instant messaging and video conferencing to debt advisers and caseworkers.
• Raise the quality and effectiveness of advice in line with QA requirements.
• Undertake file reviews of debt cases and coach staff to develop debt quality.
