Job summary

INTAPP LIMITED in London is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Collaboration and Content product team. You will triage complex issues related to Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients.

The role involves managing support requests, updating issues in Azure DevOps, and providing training to first- and second-line staff. Experience in Legal, Professional Services, or Enterprise Content Management is preferred, with a collaborative, process-evolving culture.

Qualifications

Experience providing technical support and solving issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack.
Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience using a Service Desk platform.

Responsibilities

Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations.
Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers.
Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
Create and maintain documentation, including near-real-time updates to the Collaboration and Content Knowledge Base.
