Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Collaboration and Content product team. The role focuses on triaging complex issues related to Microsoft technology and delivering timely, accurate responses to customers.

You will work in a collaborative, evolving environment, provide training to frontline staff, support EMEA customers on a rotating schedule, and help create and maintain up-to-date documentation in our knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support and solving issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack.
• Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience using a Service Desk platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer support requests with timely, accurate responses.
• Track and update issues and features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Train first- and second-line support staff.
• Participate in rotas to cover EMEA customers.
• Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base updates.
