Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a renowned software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on Linux and Windows servers.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Assist customers by demonstrating expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
