Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA. You will provide technical support for their environment, working on Linux and Windows servers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Representing the client as the first point of contact
2. Assisting customers with IBM iSeries or AS/400 support
3. Diagnosing and resolving performance and integration issues

Required skills:

• 5+ years in technical support
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

Nice to have:
