Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group is hiring an Aftersales Technical Support Engineer to join the Aftersales department and deliver exceptional technical support across the UK & Ireland. The role involves remote and onsite diagnostics, training delivery, and close collaboration with customers, site engineers and Hitachi teams.

You will be responsible for fault finding, system commissioning and warranty claim assessment, with travel across the UK & Ireland and opportunities to train at the Maidenhead

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is essential.
• Safe Handling of Refrigerant.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support across the UK & Ireland, including system commissioning and fault finding.
• Act as the communication link between customers, site engineers and Hitachi teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support workflows and business needs.
• Deliver customer training onsite and at the Maidenhead Training Centre, including demos.
• Assess new spares and warranty claims in line with company processes.
