Bosch Home Comfort Group in the UK is seeking an Aftersales Technical Support Engineer to deliver hands-on and remote support across the UK & Ireland. You will diagnose, triage, and resolve air conditioning issues post‑installation, bridging customers, site engineers, and Hitachi teams.

You will train customers at the Maidenhead Training Centre, assess spares and warranty claims, and travel frequently to sites.

Formación

• Proven HVAC experience.
• NVQ 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Safe Handling of Refrigerant.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Providing onsite and remote technical support across the UK & Ireland.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and system commissioning.
• Acting as a communication link between customers, site engineers and Hitachi teams.
• Delivering customer training onsite and at the Maidenhead Training Centre.
• Assessing new spares and warranty claims.
