Job Description

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business, providing support to new and existing customers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical support queries and ensuring quick resolutions to exceed service level agreements. You will work alongside engineers, coordinating their diaries and booking installations and routine appointments. Additionally, you will liaise with customers via webchat and social media platforms.
