You will be the go-to expert for technical enquiries, supporting both business and consumer customers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing or product-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for technical enquiries, providing support to both business and consumer customers.
• Deliver technical support, guidance and training across customer projects, product implementation and system solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
