Hydrasun is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Advisor to process customer enquiries, provide product support and build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving value for customers and maintaining high service standards within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will handle quotation reviews, price balances and timely order processing, while collaborating with internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Essential: previous experience in a technical sales role.
• Desirable: experience with instrumentation and hydraulic products, fittings, hoses, valves and flanges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries accurately and provide product support.
• Build effective customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Quote, review and coordinate customer requirements to meet timescales.
• Ensure orders are processed, delivered and invoiced within agreed timescales.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue from products and services.
