A leading technology solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Technical Solutions Coordinator to support the rollout and maintenance of their platform. This hybrid position involves managing technical requests and customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will have coordination experience, great communication skills, and a basic knowledge of SQL. £35,000 – 40,000 + great benefits including Private Medical, Life Insurance, Training
Birmingham Business Park / Hybrid (1-2 days remote per week)
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
MVP is partnering with a rapidly growing UK business transforming supply chains through asset tracking technology and sustainable packaging solutions. They are helping major supermarket suppliers improve efficiency, sustainability, and visibility across their operations, combining Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and 4G technologies to deliver real-time data.
As Technical Solutions Coordinator, you will support the rollout, maintenance, and evolution of their platform. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll manage internal technical requests, external development work, and support customers directly with onboarding, changes, and issue resolution.
You will also act as the first point of contact for any technical issues related to the portal or tracking products, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and development partners.
The role may involve occasional travel, so flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.
