To support this growth, they are now seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager to oversee M&E integration across a diverse range of projects.

About the Role

As Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) elements of the company's fit-out projects, ensuring technical compliance, robust coordination, and seamless installation. You will work closely with internal teams, design consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all building services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing MEP design development, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building regulations.
• Reviewing technical drawings, proposals, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Coordinating services installation on site and resolving technical queries.
• Managing MEP subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are met.
• Supporting the pre-construction team with technical input during tender submissions.
• Conducting regular site inspections and producing technical reports.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all building services matters, ensuring clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements
