Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Technical Services Maintenance Manager to lead the technical services team across client sites, ensuring operational excellence and QSHE compliance. You will manage complex projects, drive energy efficiency, and oversee financial performance.

You’ll own energy management initiatives, oversee planned maintenance, prioritise reactive tasks, and drive completion on time and within budget while maintaining CDM and SHE standards.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar within FM.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical services team to ensure operational excellence and QSHE compliance.
• Manage multi-site projects, energy management initiatives and budgets.
• Oversee P&L, vendor relationships and monthly performance reporting.
• Develop and motivate the team and build strong client relationships.
