Job summary

Apleona Hsg Facility Management is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily operations and supervise maintenance activities at our London site. You will coordinate with the client and on-site team, ensuring statutory and non-statutory tasks are completed efficiently while minimising downtime.

You will act as the Client's Representative, manage contractors, and report weekly to the Contract Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building services systems and health & safety compliance.
• Experience of leading a technical team and deputising for the Contract Manager.
• Experience of planning strategic delivery and managing maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise maintenance activities.
• Act as Client's Representative in coordinating maintenance and contractors; liaise with customers.
• Provide weekly reports to Contract Manager on service delivery and performance.
• Participate in site and call-out rota to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
