Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead on-site building services and soft FM across a single site in Halstead. You will manage PPM, reactive maintenance, minor projects and statutory compliance, while supervising on-site cleaning and waste teams.

You’ll ensure safe, efficient operations, respond to issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance and customer service. A hands-on, collaborative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering facilities management on a single-site operation.
• Strong track record in planned and reactive maintenance with cost control.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams, coordinate contractors and improve asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage building services and soft FM on site to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive work and minor projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor energy efficiency and maintenance processes.
• Lead on customer service delivery and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
