Job summary
OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Head of Technical Services to lead maintenance strategy, RCA investigations, and technical planning. You will control the P&L for the cost centre and provide consultancy to the Account Director while driving compliance across the account.
With extensive experience in regulated environments and strong leadership, you will coordinate with projects, asset management and operations for new handovers, ensuring safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer with an engineering degree and IET member.
- Proven Senior Engineering Operations experience in regulated manufacturing/high security.
- Experience with quality management systems and HSE compliance.
- Knowledge of UK outsourced facilities services incl. M&E, building and civils.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance strategy, RCA investigations, and technical planning.
- Manage cost centre P&L with finance team.
- Provide technical consultancy to Account Director and deputise as needed.
- Lead the account compliance programme delivery.
- Drive operational efficiencies to enhance effectiveness.
- Interface with projects, Asset Management and Operations for new handovers.
