The successful candidate will act as the bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and deliver maximum value.

Key Duties

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Design and recommend appropriate technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure, implement, and support software and technology solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Produce technical documentation, specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software applications, and technical infrastructure.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence may be beneficial depending on client requirements.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and systems integrations.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment.
