Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus UK in Manchester is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support the busy workshop by managing, booking and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently, while communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.

In addition, you will assist the parts department with ordering parts, costing work and raising invoices from job cards or repair orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment with administrative duties.
• Ability to process and manage job cards and invoicing accurately.
• Some technical knowledge or experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage, book and maintain job cards and ensure accurate processing.
• Assist with costing work and raising invoices from job cards/repair orders.
• Support parts with ordering and sub-contact work when required.
• Report time, hours sold, statistics and budget information as required.
