Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus UK in Manchester is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will support the busy workshop by managing, booking and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers and stakeholders.

You will also assist the parts department with ordering parts, costing work and raising invoices, and reporting time, hours sold and budgetary information.

Qualifications

• Ideally have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage, book and maintain job cards and ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the parts department with ordering parts and sub-contact work when required.
• Cost the work and raise invoices from job cards/repair orders.
• Report time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as required.
