Job summary

Sikla UK is seeking a proactive Sales Admin/Project Support to join our Milton Keynes team. You will handle sales enquiries, quotations, orders and logistics coordination while supporting cross-functional teams in Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering.

You will need 2+ years in sales administration or order processing, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and a customer-centric approach. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with training and development opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration or order processing.
• Experience in B2B environments, ideally construction or technical products.
• Strong ERP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Interest in technical products or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering and manage ERP/CRM data.
• Maintain records, documentation and internal communications.
• Support office tasks, data entry and reporting.
