Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing.
• Experience in B2B environments, ideally construction or industrial supply.
• Strong ERP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support sales office with enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain records and assist with office tasks and reporting.
