Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment in Poole is seeking a Technical Sales Support to be the go-to contact for customers, delivering fast, reliable answers and guiding enquiries from first contact to CPD seminar bookings.

You will support Regional Technical Managers, develop technical product knowledge in construction and waterproofing, and help organise CPD seminars while maintaining CRM records and databases.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
Interest in developing technical knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector.
Experience arranging events, training sessions or seminars is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Regional Technical Managers with customer enquiries and area development.
Identify and qualify promising sales leads from multiple sources.
Handle technical product enquiries and requests for literature or samples.
Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars.
Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects.
Maintain and update the company's CRM system and database records.
