Job summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing team in the construction sector. You will support sales activity, nurture customer relationships and help identify new opportunities to drive growth.

In this long-term role you will work closely with the Field Sales Team, manage quotes and customer data in the CRM, and contribute to reporting, lead generation and overall sales administration.

• Confident communicator with a warm, proactive approach to sales.
• Highly organised individual with office-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Gather information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
• Work closely with the Field Sales Team to support visits and activity.
• Manage and update customer information, quotes and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Support the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.
