Job summary

MGF Ltd. is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales Representative to cover the South East, promoting the UniShore product range and delivering service excellence within the Structural Support Solutions division.

You will identify new projects, visit sites, consult with engineers, and develop profitable growth through strong relationships with customers and collaboration across MGF divisions. The role requires a hands-on approach, ability to read drawings, and a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in construction technical sales, preferably temporary works.
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction processes.
• Sell solutions, not just processes, and build long-term relationships.
• Territory planning and customer management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the South East Structural Support division in line with strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to promote UniShore and secure profitable business.
• Deliver profitable growth through orders from new and existing customers; balance account and project management.
• Understand budgeting figures and customer spend during the year.
• Maintain high customer service outside of assigned territory.
