Job summary

MGF Ltd in Avonmouth, Bristol, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to promote our shoring and construction equipment across the South West. You will work with the Depot Operations Team and Sales Manager to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Ideal candidates have hands-on civil engineering experience, strong technical skills, and proven sales ability. You will plan calls, attend events, and help drive revenue while upholding our family‑like culture.

Qualifications

• Experience within shoring or construction.
• Strong technical ability.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver within the assigned territory profitable growth, through development of orders from both new and existing customers, with equal focus on both account management and project management
• Manage appointments, schedules and time by effective planning of calls, travel and meetings
• Maintain flexibility to ensure reactiveness to meet customer needs
• Represent MGF and be an ambassador at events, exhibitions and presentations
