Job summary

TT Electronics, Sheffield is seeking a Sales Specialist to provide technical sales support to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will help with the selection, application and quotation of our process control instrumentation and identify new business opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.

Strong collaboration with Commercial Engineers and cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver timely solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or relevant technical industry experience.
• Experience in technical sales, internal sales, customer service or application engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations from sales enquiries and log in CRM system.
• Provide technical and commercial support to Commercial Engineers to help win opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate actions and timelines.
• Identify and quantify New Business Opportunities (NBOs).
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing short-, medium- and long-term sales plans.
