You will work closely with customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat to understand needs and recommend suitable products. The role includes building product knowledge and identifying opportunities to grow sales.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products
• Develop technical knowledge across all products within the business
• Assist with product identification and fault diagnosis
• Process customer enquiries and orders via internal systems
• Identify sales opportunities and pass leads onto the area sales team
• Build strong working relationships with customers
