Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting a technically minded Sales Manager to grow an established customer base and win new business in water treatment and process equipment. Hybrid role, commutable to Hertfordshire office.

You will identify customer requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships with technical decision-makers across industrial markets. A proven track record in selling water treatment equipment is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience selling water treatment, filtration, purification or closely related process equipment.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
• The technical understanding to discuss customer applications and recommend suitable solutions.
• Commercial ambition and an interest in progressing into senior leadership.
