You will support customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat, assess requirements, and recommend suitable products while expanding technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products

• Assisting with product identification and fault diagnosis
• Processing customer enquiries and orders via internal systems
• Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads onto the area sales team
• Building strong working relationships with customers
