We’re looking for an experienced and driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at our Dingwall branch. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of the company. If you have a proven sales background and a strong understanding of electrical products, we’d be thrilled to have you on the team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Account Management: Take responsibility for designated customer accounts, ensuring timely progression of orders and quotations.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive, long-term professional relationships with our customers and suppliers, delivering exceptional service.
  • Order Management: Source and procure materials to meet customer requirements, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical clarifications and appraisals as required by customers.
  • Product Knowledge & Training: Maintain and expand your technical knowledge of core products and attend relevant training as required to enhance service delivery.
  • Record & Compliance Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with QHSE directives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous supply chain experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of electrical bulk materialor experience in a similar technical role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
