The formal title of the role is Sales Representative. Your role is crucial in expanding our UK market share and driving revenue through new customer interactions and relationship management to generate new and renewable business.

Every day offers new challenges! As an international company, some out-of-hours work is required, but we offer flexible working arrangements.

Your Role:

Our goal is market domination! Having established a strong presence in Australia, we now aim to expand globally, including the UK.

As a Sales Rep / BDM, you will collaborate with various parts of the company, both in the UK and internationally. We seek a hunter with significant SaaS, Fintech, and complex ROI selling experience.

Growth offers opportunities. We need ambitious individuals who can be hands-on today and strategic tomorrow.

About You and Your Essential Skills:

  • SaaS product sales experience (essential).
  • Fintech experience (essential).
  • Proven track record in New Business Development with quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Superior sales skills, including TAS, Solution Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger.
  • A focus on OTE and personal rewards.
  • Experience in building territory attack plans within a large TAM.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate in a remote environment, reporting to a global CEO.
  • Ability to collaborate with pre-sales teams for demos.
  • Existing client network and ability to develop new relationships quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell SaaS products confidently.
  • Initiate cold and warm calls, converting leads into meetings and sales across the UK.
  • Develop sales plans to meet GP targets/KPIs.
  • Research market gaps and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on product solutions and industry trends.
  • Participate in meetings with pre-sales teams and demos.
  • Manage sales cycles and ensure timely closure with excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly.
  • Prepare contracts and manage post-sales services.
  • Opportunity for high commissions and future management roles.
