Field Sales Representative – UK (Remote)
Marine Equipment – Full-time, Permanent
Location: UK (Remote, with nationwide travel)
Sector: Marine & Leisure Boating Industry

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected European manufacturer and distributor of high-quality marine equipment. This UK Field Sales Representative role is key to expanding and maintaining the company’s presence in the UK and Northern European markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is confident managing accounts and prospecting for new business.

Your Mission:
  • Alongside Sales Manager; Drive UK sales through account development, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop new business across the UK and Northern Europe, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, on-site visits, and sales tours
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make regular outbound calls and email contact with both existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and issue tailored sales proposals and quotations
  • Organise and conduct client visits and sales tours across the UK
  • Attend relevant marine trade fairs and industry events
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and communication of client feedback
  • Proactively engage in sales development activities.
What You'll Need: Technical Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Sales experience within marine, leisure, or a technical product environment preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is desirable
  • A background or personal interest in the marine sector is a strong plus
