Job summary

Confidential is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive / Project Administrator to join a growing engineering business, combining technical sales, customer enquiries, quotations and project administration. You will work with customers, contractors and engineers, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Salary up to 35,000, depending on experience. The role offers clear progression in a dynamic, technical sales environment with responsibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Project Administrator or similar sales-support role.
• Background in engineering, HVAC, M&E, construction or building services would be advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing orders or coordinating projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing for customers.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and tender documents.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and engineers.
• Provide project administration support, coordinating documentation and technical information.
• Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into orders.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Support the wider sales team with customer enquiries and ongoing projects.
