Confidential is recruiting a Technical Internal Sales Executive for a full-time, permanent role in Daventry. You will be part of a busy office-based sales team handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You will develop detailed product knowledge across technical equipment and work with purchasing and colleagues to identify suitable solutions for customer projects.

Competenze

• Experience in internal sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, plastics or technical products is useful but not required.

Mansioni

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to progress opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery.
• Develop product knowledge across consumables, ancillaries, and related equipment.
• Work with purchasing/technical colleagues to source solutions for projects.
• Maintain records of customers, quotations, and orders in Microsoft Business Central.
• Build relationships by understanding requirements and recommending products.
• Support the wider team on larger or bespoke enquiries.
