Responsibilities
  • Drive the expansion of our Software Care contracts to accelerate business growth.
  • Build expertise in core applications across divisions to deliver comprehensive project management and technical services.
  • Train customers on application usage for successful deployment and adoption.
  • Configure and tailor software solutions to fit specific customer needs.
  • Prepare project documentation, including URS, FRS, FDS, and GA drawings.
  • Provide technical support to service engineers on software and application‑related queries.
  • Deliver product validation services and conduct internal training for engineering staff.
  • Ensure clear communication and effective project management from sale to implementation.
