Job summary

IG Lintels, part of the Keystone Group, is seeking a commercially minded Technical Sales Manager to cover the South East. You will drive new business with housebuilders and contractors, grow existing relationships and work to meet and exceed sales targets across our customer base.

You will maintain strong customer relations, negotiate terms, and help strengthen IG Lintels' market position as part of the Keystone Group’s wider sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry is desirable.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential; travel to customer sites required.
• Willingness to attend meetings/events at weekends or outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets across housebuilders and contractors.
• Negotiate trading terms within agreed parameters.
• Maintain and improve relationships with key customers.
• Raise awareness of Keystone Group among house builders.
